We offer complimentary 2-day shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 4pm CT are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 4pm CT are shipped the next day. We also offer next day delivery for an additional fee. Please note that delivery days don't include weekends or holidays. Icemob ships to the US only.
You can return or exchange your unworn products within 14 days of delivery at no cost to you. Returns must be in unworn condition, meaning no visible signs of use. Trying on your piece once or twice won't void the return unless it's visibly used.

Every inch of silver is hand-polished by the same skilled craftsmen, to ensure a smooth feel and beautiful shine from any angle.
Once each piece is set with stones and polished, it undergoes multiple inspection processes to to ensure there’s no mistakes or imperfections.
