Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center in Chicago.
- Orders placed before 1pm ET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ET will be shipped on the following working day.
- Working day refers to Monday-Friday, and does not include holidays.
- Shipping times are estimates. In rare cases, delays out of our control may occur.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we are not liable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace this order.
An email with your tracking information will be automatically sent once your order has shipped. Keep in mind processing may take 1 working day. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct. If you believe you mistyped your email at checkout, please email email@example.com so we can assist you.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Ice Mob is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, we highly suggest checking with your family members, mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, invalid instructions) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Ice Mob) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
International Orders & Import Tax
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
The phone number you used to place your order will be listed on the packaging so customs can reach you to clear your order if needed. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 working day.
