How Does the Lifetime Guarantee Work?
All of Icemob’s products are guaranteed for life. This covers any defects in craftsmanship such as:
- If a link accidentally breaks
- If a stone falls out
- If a clasp stops working
Just email us a photo of the product issue at support@icemob.co and we’ll pay for your return shipping label to ship the item back to us.
Once received, we’ll ship you a brand new replacement within 2 business days.

- Icemob’s lifetime guarantee does not cover tarnishing since our pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver. Silver tarnish can be easily cleaned off like this.
- If your piece is stolen, lost, or damaged intentionally, we don’t cover this.
- We reserve the right to reject claims if the guarantee policy is being abused.
