What is our Return/Exchange Policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product or just want a different color/size, you may return/exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date your item was delivered, simple as that. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

*After 14 days since delivery, we’re not able to accept returns. If you try to make a return, we will send it back to your original delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

How Does the Lifetime Guarantee Work?

We're all-in when it comes to providing for our customers - which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for all orders. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

Proof of purchase such as your order number and order information will be required to submit a warranty claim. Simply contact us at support@icemob.co for instructions.

This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (eg: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, exposure to chemicals like lotion or cologne), or lost/stolen items. If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Can I Change My Order?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
  • Changing color/size/item
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding/removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

You’ll need to follow our returns process if you made a mistake in your order.

Delivery Issues

Ice Mob is not liable to replace/refund missing or lost packages once tracking shows deliveredFor this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. We highly suggest checking with your family members, mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

If you input the incorrect address at checkout, unfortunately we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing or is returned. We are not liable to replace/refund this order.

Order Cancellations

After you place your order, it cannot be cancelled. You can follow our returns process to return the item within 14 days of delivery. We are not liable for any mistakes in the order or accidental/fraudulent purchases.
