Moissanite is a remarkable gemstone that looks almost identical to a diamond. It has extraordinary sparkle and brilliance, capturing and reflecting light. Moissanite is also incredibly hard and resistant to scratches, perfect for everyday luxury. What’s more, moissanite even tests real on diamond testers, making it visually identical to diamonds in every way. With Moissanite, you shine with a gem that is both exquisite and unmistakably luxurious.
Yes, moissanite stones pass diamond testers. Diamond testers work by measuring a stone’s thermal conductivity. Moissanite and diamond have an extremely similar thermal conductivity, which is why moissanite tests real.

We should note, there are some commercial-grade diamond testers (extremely rare) that claim to be able to differentiate moissanite and diamonds. But these aren’t always reliable and actually fail quite often at differentiating the two.
The sparkle of our pieces in person can’t be described. Pictures and videos don’t do it justice either. We can assure you, our pieces look even better in person than they do online. When you’re indoors with some light, or outside with the sun out, these pieces will catch everyone’s eyes. Keep in mind, moissanite is the shiniest stone in existence.
No, all our pieces are built to last and won't turn green as long as they're taken care of properly. All our pieces are built with 925 Sterling Silver, as well as an invisible anti-tarnish coating on top to ensure the durability of our piece.
If your product damages, fades/tarnishes, or stops working under normal wear, the lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
Typically, it takes approximately 30 days for us to restock an item that's currently out of stock. While we cannot always provide a heads-up about all product restocks due to varying circumstances, we do offer a pre-order option. This means you can order the item in advance, and we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the stock. It's a convenient way to ensure that you get the item you desire without any delays.

Yes, you can swim with our 925 Silver and Moissanite jewelry, as both materials are highly durable and maintain their brilliance even when exposed to water.
Our pieces are durable, but you should still take proper care of your jewelry.
To keep your 925 Silver and Moissanite jewelry looking its best, follow these care tips:
- Regular Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia.
- Proper Storage: Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratches.
- Occasional Polishing: Use a silver polishing cloth to maintain the shine of your 925 Silver pieces.
If you don’t absolutely LOVE your Icemob pieces within 30 days, you can return or exchange your ice for free in the US, even if you wore it.
Our pieces are extremely durable, but if your jewelry damages within 180 days of purchase, we’ll send you a replacement, free of charge. (We’ll first have you send the damaged piece back, we’ll pay for return shipping costs, then we will ship your replacement).

If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
After 180 days, we may charge a 10% fee to replace the broken item.

- Every Icemob piece is made from solid 925 sterling silver. All sterling silver can tarnish over time, but it can be easily reversed with a simple cleaning.

Orders and Shipping
We're extremely excited for you to receive your order and upgrade your style. Our ice may take some time to arrive.
Orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center in Chicago. Once an order is placed, our team starts packing so we can't cancel or make changes.
You'll get an email as soon as your order ships (typically ships within 1 business day). Standard delivery takes around 3-5 business days, and express delivery takes around 1-3 business days.
Please note shipping times are estimates. Slight delays can happen, but if your order is taking much longer than expected, please email us and we'll get you taken care of support@icemob.co
Your order will be shipped via Fedex
Your ice will be packed with our signature Icemob travel case and leather pouch included.
All your items will be shipped together. Please email us if you believe part of your order is missing or incorrect.
Once you place your order, you will receive a Fedex tracking number and can look up your order on this linkÂ
While we work diligently to ship your orders on time, due to high demand, occasional delays might happen. If you find that your delivery is delayed beyond your expectations, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@icemob.co. We'll do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or invalid instructions, the package may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our carriers and in rare cases mistakes can occur. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered too early by the shipping carrier.
If you receive notice your package is delivered but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
Wait at least 48-72 hours, we know it's not ideal but sometimes the carrier will mark as "delivered" prematurely, and it will actually arrive a few days after.
Check around your building and check with your neighbors.
If you’ve waited and still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly and file a missing/lost package report. If you have any questions, reach out to us at support@icemob.co
Package theft is another possibility, in which case you may need to file a police report.
Once a package is marked delivered, it is not our responsibility and we cannot reimburse or refund for missing packages after the tracking shows delivered. We strongly recommend you ensure your delivery address is secure and there is someone to retrieve your pakcage as soon as it’s delivered.

Once we receive your returned or exchanged item, it typically takes about 5 days to process. We work hard to handle your returns and exchanges as quickly as possible so that you can either receive your refund or your new item in a timely manner. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

- Processor Network Unavailable: This response means there's an error with our payment gateway, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know of any issues and let you know once it’s fixed.
