Answer: We're all-in when it comes to providing for our customers - which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for all orders. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (eg: scratches, accidental breakage, water/chemical damage). If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. Lifetime guarantee does not replace lost or stolen items.
