Icemob’s pieces use VVS+ CZ stones, a lab-grown gemstone that stands for Cubic Zirconia. They are nearly 100% visually identical to natural diamonds, yet only 1/200th’s the cost.
VVS+ is highest level of clarity and quality in a gemstone. The unmatched sparkle that Icemob pieces are known for comes from their commitment to craft exclusively using VVS+ CZ stones.
Every gemstone in an Icemob piece is hand-set, not machine set. The result is a much stronger and precise setting, as well as a luxurious aesthetic not otherwise possible.

Every Icemob's piece is coated 6 times in layer of real 18K gold or 18K white gold for a thickness of 1μm+ and high durability. The base metal of choice is a strong jewelry-grade brass, completely nickel and lead free.
An invisible anti-tarnish coating is then applied on top to ensure no tarnishing, fading, or green marks when treated properly.
The result of this advanced coating technology is a high shine appearance identical to solid gold, but stronger, tougher, and around 30x more affordable.
