We work hard to ensure every Icemob piece exceeds your expectations.

However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 14 days, for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Diamond Product Return Policy

Each Icemob diamond piece is individually sourced, inspected, and crafted to order. Because of the bespoke nature and value of these items, all diamond sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Icemob will cover all return shipping costs.

All returned merchandise must be undamaged and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Every item is carefully inspected upon arrival, pieces showing any signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is delivered and inspected.

Icemob reserves the right to refuse any returns if fraudulent activity is suspected.
