IcemobX Return Policy

IcemobX products have a different return policy than regular Icemob products.

IcemobX products are hand crafted and produced on order. As a result, IcemobX products are NOT able to be returned.

If you're unhappy with your item for any reason, we do allow 1 exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for an item of equal or lesser value. Please email us at support@icemob.co to initiate an IcemobX exchange.

In the rare case your IcemobX product has a defect or another product issue, please email us at support@icemob.co and we will get things resolved for you ASAP.
