1. Is Ice Mob still shipping?

Answer: Yes, Ice Mob's activities are continuing, and delivery times are back to normal!

 

2. Will my item's delivery time be delayed?

Answer: Orders will be shipped and delivered within the estimated time frame. We appreciate all the support & patience from you guys, please know we are working around the clock to make sure you have the best experience possible!

 

3. Is it safe to receive packages?

Answer: Yes it is safe. People receiving packages are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. The World Health Organization explains, "We know coronaviruses do not survive long on objects, such as letters or packages." The CDC and WHO have confirmed that it is completely safe to receive packages, regardless of where it was shipped from.

 

4. Is there still customer support?
